Project Graduation provides a drug-free, alcohol-free, all-night celebration
for all BAHS graduating seniors. The event will be immediately following
commencement and will include: activities, food, drinks, entertainment,
games, prizes and gifts provided at no cost to the students.
Dear Parents,

For many of us, it is hard to believe that our children are actually seniors, who will
soon be marching down the aisle receiving their diplomas in May.  If you are
parents of a junior, your year is coming soon!  Even though the year has just begun,
plans are already underway for Project Graduation for the 101st graduating class to
be held on Thursday, May 14, 2009 following the commencement ceremony.
Project Graduation is an all-night, drug and alcohol free night filled with games,
activities, music, prizes, food, and most of all fun for our kids.  Since this party is
held in honor of the 2009 graduating seniors, we would like their input.  Please ask
your kids what they would like to see, eat, do and prize ideas at Project Graduation
and email those ideas back to us.  Because this is such a big event, help is
desperately needed.  There are never too many volunteers for Project Graduation.
Help can come in many ways, for example:  new ideas, business sponsorship,
planning events, decorating, collecting prizes, and so many others.  Junior parents
are needed to help learn to carry on the event for their seniors.

Project Graduation meetings are held in the Media Center at 6:30pm on the
following dates:  10/11, 11/11, 12/9, 1/13, 2/10, 3/10, 4/7, 5/12.  All are welcome to
come!

Make sure you check out the project graduation website regularly.  We are
constantly updating it and it is a great way to stay informed.

Please call us or email us with your willingness to help out and ideas for this year’s
Project Graduation Celebration for the senior 101st Graduating Class of 2009.  It
promises to be a spectacular one!

Sincerely,
Cheri and Kenny Humpleby

Evening of Giving - Sunday, November 23, 2008

The Woodland Hills Mall - Evening of Giving - night is just for ticket holders on Sunday, November
23, 2008.  It is an evening filled with lots of fun things.  All the stores in the mall are open and they
offer tremendous discounts, coupons and sales.  They have many free give-aways throughout the
mall, as well.  There will be plenty of free food and lots of entertainment.  It is a wonderful time of
shopping and sharing with family and friends.

All proceeds of ticket sales goes to Project Graduation.  For every $10.00 ticket we sell before the
event, we profit $7.00.  For ticket sales the night of the event, we get to keep all $10.00.  Our table
will be set up outside of Panera Bread.

I hope you will come and join us for an exciting event at the Woodland Hills Mall for an "Evening of
Giving."

Your support helps our seniors have a safe, fun-filled graduation night.  On behalf of every senior
parent - Thank you!
